Total Ink Solutions® Shimmer Series is a phtalate free plastisol ink that creates a simulated glitter / metallic look, but with the ability to still print through a 110 Mesh Screen. This series is the ultimate choice when looking to add some sparkle to your client’s project.

Stock Use:

100% Cotton
50% Cotton / 50% Polyester

Details:

Print ease with ease by using the correct mesh screen. There is no need for an underbase with this product. Simply print 2 hits of ink and you are good to go for each color. If you are printing multiple inks, then flash the shimmer ink at 220°F (105°C) for 3 - 5 seconds prior to printing your next color. The shimmers reflective attribute may elongate the flash time depending on flash unit. Make sure to test prior to full production.

MESH:

We suggest an 86 - 110 mesh screen for the Shimmer Series of inks.

Curing Instructions:

Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3 - 5 seconds and cure at 320°F (160°C).

Clean Up:

OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover

Storage Information:

Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight. Best Use within one year of manufacturing date.
