4 Color Process Plastisol Ink Series

Total Ink Solutions® 4 Color Process Series is a phtalate free plastisol ink that has a large CMYK color range. This ink series will allow you to print photorealistic images using the CMYK color space.

Stock Use:

100% Cotton
50% Cotton / 50% Polyester

Details:

For photorealistic prints ONLY. These Four color process inks are transparent in nature and are meant to mix together for a four color process image and not to be printed separately. Do not use an under base with this product as the colors will distort.

Curing Instructions:

Flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3 - 5 seconds and cure at 320°F (160°C) – 330°F (165°C).

Clean Up:

OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover

Storage Information:

Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight. Best Use within one year of manufacturing date.
