High Opaque Plastisol Ink Series

Total Ink Solutions® HO Series is a phthalate free plastisol ink that has extremely vibrant colors, along with being the creamiest ink in the industry. This ink series is designed to save your shop time on single color prints, so you only need one screen per color and no under base.

Stock Use:

100% Cotton

Details:

Designed for single print colors, with a print flash print on a 100% cotton substrate. You can use this on a range of substrate colors ranging from light to darks with the same effect and high opacity. If printing with multiple colors it is suggested to use a white base on dark substrates to save printing time. For bleed resistance, use an under base white such as our 5 Star Bright White.

Curing Instructions:

Flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3 - 5 seconds and cure at 320°F (160°C) – 330°F (165°C).

Clean Up:

OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover

Storage Information:

Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight. Best Use within one year of manufacturing date.
