Reflective Plastisol Ink Series

Total Ink Solutions® Reflective Ink Series is a phthalate free plastisol ink that creates a safety reflective glow when light hits it at night. This is an extremely popular ink series for contractors and safety professionals that need to be scene when working at night.

Stock Use:

100% Cotton
50% Cotton / 50% Polyester

Details:

Print ease with ease by using the correct mesh screen. There is no need for an underbase with this product. Simply print 2 hits of ink and you are good to go. If you are printing multiple inks, then print the reflective ink last, and if it needs to be flashed you can do so at 220°F (105°C) for 3 - 5 seconds prior to printing your next color. The reflective attribute may elongate the flash and curing time depending on flash/dryer unit. Make sure to test prior to full production.

MESH:

We suggest a 60 - 95 mesh screen for the Reflective Series of inks.

Curing Instructions:

Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3 - 5 seconds and cure at 320°F (160°C).

Clean Up:

OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover

Storage Information:

Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight. Best Use within one year of manufacturing date.
